What is a DUI?

Driving Under the Influence of alcohol is a crime also referred to as a DUI. This is when your BAC, or Blood Alcohol Content, is between 0.04 and 0.08 and you choose to drive a vehicle and get caught. Police can pull you over for suspicion of this and perform a breathalizer test to determine your BAC. If caught, you face penalties including large fines, suspension or the revoking of your driver's license, impounding of your vehicle, and or even jail time.
